Joining tweet SMS is very simple. Just follow the steps below.

Create a tweet SMS account

Choose a username and password. This is unique to tweetSMS.com and can be completely different to your actual Twitter.com account.

We also need to know your country and phone number.
Please choose your country, and specify your local phone number (how you would dial it within your own country). You will be asked to verify your phone number, but this can be done at a later stage if you do not receive the code right away.

Link your Twitter.com account to tweet SMS

You will need to authorise tweet SMS to access your Twitter.com account. This uses 'oAuth', which prevents us having to store your Twitter.com password.

Set up your friends list and choose your notification options

We'll retrieve your friends list from Twitter.com. Now you can choose to receive all, none, or a custom level of tweets, mentions and direct messages from your friends.
